Looking for a pup who’s equal parts love-bug, goofball, and loyal companion? Meet Bruno – a 10-month-old Black Lab/Pointer mix with the sweetest soul and a smile that could light up your entire week.
Cane Rosso rescue was alerted to Bruno through social media and knew he’d be a great fit. He was shy and overwhelmed in his kennel at Dallas Animal Services and we knew we could help him!

Bruno is currently in foster and has blossomed into such a great dog! Here is what his foster mom has to say:
Shy at first, but love at second sight – Bruno may take a moment to warm up, but once he does, he’ll be your shadow, your snuggle buddy, and your biggest fan. He’ll nap by your side, follow you from room to room, and always be ready to rest his head in your lap.
Adventure-Ready & Leash-Loving – Bruno lives for park walks! He trots like a gentleman on the leash, takes care of business like a pro, and then soaks up the world with nose-to-the-ground curiosity. He’s polite around other dogs and always open to making new furry friends.
Independent, Yet Always There – While he adores your company, Bruno is a low-maintenance sweetheart who can keep himself happily entertained with toys throughout the day. Bruno can get a bit sad when you’re gone but nothing that some calming music, a calming treat, and his favorite toys can’t fix.
Kennel-Comfortable & Dream-Ready – His crate is his chill zone! Bruno naps in it like a pro and snoozes through the night peacefully, waking up recharged and ready to love.
